Link Pro Trial Terms

If you choose to include a Link Pro with your 45-day trial, you will receive Arccos Smart Sensors and an Arccos Link Pro wearable device. The Smart Sensors will be new. The Link Pro may be new, expertly inspected pre-owned, or refurbished. The Smart Sensors and Link Pro will be covered by Arccos's standard limited warranty. The Warranty Period starts on the date that Arccos ships the products to you.

At the end of your 45-day trial, you have three options: 

1) continue with a paid Arccos membership and keep the Link Pro;
2) continue with a paid Arccos membership (using only your smartphone or smartwatch) and return the Link Pro; or
3) cancel your Arccos membership and return the Link Pro.

If you choose option 1 you will be charged $174.99, in addition to the $199.99 annual Arccos membership fee ($16.67 per month, billed annually).  If you choose not to keep the Link Pro, you must return it, along with all accessories originally supplied (charging cable, charging case, etc.), within 60 days of delivery to avoid a $174.99 charge.

To request a return, you must contact Arccos Customer Experience at starter@arccosgolf.com. Once you have requested your return, you are eligible for a refund of the $174.99 Link Pro charge, less return shipping costs, as long as the Link Pro device is received within thirty (30) days from the date you requested the return.

All returned items are subject to inspection and must be in working condition and free from damage. Failure to return the Link Pro and its accessories on time, failure to return all of the accessories originally supplied, or returning damaged items will result in a $174.99 charge.
