Link Pro Trial Terms
If you choose to opt into a Link Pro trial, you will receive an Arccos Link Pro wearable device. The Link Pro may be new, expertly inspected, pre-owned, or refurbished. The Link Pro will be covered by Arccos's standard limited warranty. The Warranty Period starts on the date that Arccos ships the products to you.
At the end of your trial, if you choose not to keep the Link Pro, you must return it, along with all accessories originally supplied (charging cable, charging case, etc.), through the Arccos Returns Portal. If a return has not been submitted through the Arccos Returns Portal by the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial for the device.
To avoid being charged, or to be eligible for a refund if you have already been charged, the device and all accessories must be returned through the Arccos Returns Portal and received by Arccos within 60 days of the original delivery date of the Link Pro. If you need assistance with your return, you may contact Arccos Customer Experience at starter@arccosgolf.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returned items are subject to inspection and must be in working condition and free from damage. Failure to return the Link Pro and its accessories on time, failure to return all of the accessories originally supplied, or returning damaged items will result in a full charge for the device.
Link Pro devices distributed through the Arccos Trial Program are configured to work only with the account used to enroll in the trial. These devices are non-transferable and may not be resold. Unauthorized resale or transfer of trial-issued devices is a violation of the program's terms and may result in deactivation of the device without notice.
