Product Manager
The Role
Arccos is seeking a Product Manager to help us expand the world’s best shot-tracking and on-course solution. This role is remote within the United States, with most meetings on Eastern Time and approximately quarterly travel. This role reports to the Vice President of Product.
What You’ll Do
Partner with others in the product, design, and engineering teams to define the direction of our product and build out an unrivaled golf experience, helping golfers improve their game through data and analysis powered through automatic shot capture and AI.
Who You Are
- You’re passionate about golf, and want to help other golfers improve and get more enjoyment out of the game
- You have a deep understanding of golf, golf analytics, game improvement, and fundamentals
- You’re deeply curious, and enjoy asking questions and exploring ideas to deepen and broaden your knowledge base
- You’ve shipped software products and care a lot about the products you work on as well as the users that will use them
- You are motivated by creating innovative applications with a premium on well crafted user experiences
- You have ‘taste’ for good design, even if your personal design skills are limited
- You don’t necessarily have an engineering background but feel comfortable ‘digging in’ and communicating about technical details
- You enjoy data and use it to inform decision making but don’t follow data blindly
- You're able to take a high level goal or business outcome and collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams, and build something awesome that accomplishes that goal
- You’re a leader and feel comfortable driving change without authority

- Experienced building consumer mobile apps (Android, iOS, Apple Watch)
- Knowledge of IoT
- Past experience with hardware and consumer hardware production
- You’re obsessed with golf, maybe you have a favorite course architect or love for template holes
- You have a unique perspective or background that will add a new point of view to the team
- Based in Rochester, NY, Minneapolis, MN, or Stamford, CT (reduces the need to travel)
